The Supreme Court is located in Jerusalem, close to the entrance to the city. We are aware of the difficulty of traveling to Jerusalem, especially from the south or north. Therefore, we provide a service of delegation to the Supreme Court - opening a case / High Court of Justice. We will go to the Supreme Court on your behalf and open the case for you.

The Supreme Court is the highest court. The Supreme Court can appeal judgments given in a district court. A High Court petition can be filed in the Supreme Court regarding decisions of the local authority, laws in the Knesset that conflict with other laws, etc. The Supreme Court discusses the extension of detention or alternatively the termination of detention for lack of justifiable reason. It should be remembered that not every issue is discussed in the Supreme Court. Before opening a case, it is important to check whether the issue you are interested in hearing has been discussed in the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court consists of 15 judges. The team of judges is headed by the President of the Supreme Court, and is chaired by the Deputy President of the Supreme Court. The number of judges in a hearing is divided according to different types of hearings. There are issues that will be discussed by a small panel of three judges. There are issues that will be discussed by a panel of five judges. Only the most essential issues will be discussed by the full panel of 15 Supreme Court judges.

You can hire a lawyer for the hearing at the High Court of Justice, and it is recommended to hire a first-class lawyer. You can appeal the ruling given in the Supreme Court, and the panel of judges of the Supreme Court will reconsider the petition.
