Legal Logistics Services Price List (2026)
The operational arm of your law firm
We provide a full range of courier and legal logistics services – with precision, reliability, and speed without compromise.
This price list presents our recommended base rates (Fix Price) for selected services in the main areas of operation, as well as the terms and conditions for each service.
All prices are in new shekels and do not include VAT as per law.
Prices do not include third-party fees and expenses (court fees, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, authorities, overseas fees, etc.), which will be charged separately upon receipt.
The operational arm of your law firm

Submission to a court/tribunal (NIS 236-650): The price is valid for regular submission to the secretariat in the central region. In cases of a crash of the "Net Mishpat" system that requires a physical wait of more than 45 minutes, an additional waiting time charge may apply.

Urgent submission - Express (250-1100 NIS): Conditional on the transfer of the material by 12:00 on the same working day. In cases of early secretariat closure, the service will be performed by exceptional coordination.

Personal delivery + affidavit of delivery (236-650 NIS): Limited to up to 3 delivery attempts at one legal address. Delivery attempts at additional addresses (such as address inquiry by the recipient) or in remote locations will be priced separately.

Urgent/Exceptional Personal Delivery (450-950 NIS): Applies to nighttime hours (starting at 8:00 PM) or weekends. In the event of violence or extreme refusal, the courier may stick the document on the door and his action will be considered a full delivery.

Execution actions (NIS 236-650): Actions that require waiting in line for a clerk (not in a quick service box) are subject to the bureau's workload and may incur additional time.

Photocopying and scanning of court files (236-650 NIS base rate): The base price includes up to 50 pages. Each additional page will be charged at 1.5 NIS.

Collecting evidence in the field (1650 NIS): Conditional on the presence of the witness at the designated location. Canceling a meeting with less than 3 hours' notice will result in a full charge.
Authorities, real estate, banks and licensing

Registrar of Companies / Mortgages / Inheritances (NIS 236-650): The service does not include handling legal corrections if the document is rejected by the registrar due to a drafting error.

Due Diligence and Taboo (2500 NIS): May vary depending on the availability of the local archive or foreign authority (for example, withdrawal of permits and municipal reports for real estate investments abroad may result in delays of business days by US authorities).

Intellectual property registration (NIS 550-950): Limited to administrative submission. Payment of fees in large amounts requires depositing a bank check in advance by the client.

Business licensing and building permits (750-1400 NIS): The price is valid for a round of up to 3 licensing stations. Each additional station or the need to return due to the absence of an official will be charged 220 NIS.

Guarantees and escrow funds (400 NIS): Limited to a wait of up to an hour at the bank branch. Delays on the part of the bank's compliance officer in releasing the guarantee will be charged according to the waiting hour (150 NIS per hour).

Closing Standby (200 NIS per hour): Minimum charge of two hours in advance. Any excess over the first two hours will be calculated in quarters of an hour.
Secure Logistics, Ecommerce and Tenders

Collection of medical material (236-650 NIS): Subject to approval by the Medical Records Department. In the event that the file is in an external archive, the service will be charged separately (submitting the request separately and collecting separately).

Tender submission (236-650 NIS): The courier company is not responsible for late submission if the material is delivered to the courier less than 3 hours before the tender box closing time.

Logistics for ventures and partnerships (NIS 450-1950): Depends on the physical volume of the cargo. Transportation of special models or sensitive prototypes will be charged with a dedicated vehicle surcharge and not as a standard envelope rate.

Smart card logistics (236-650 NIS): The lawyer's presence at the office is mandatory when the token is handed over to him. The company does not perform physical software installations on the lawyer's computer.

KYC Verification and Compliance Officer (NIS 236-650): If the end customer refuses to have their photo taken with their ID as required by money laundering regulations, the transaction will be charged in full despite the failure to complete the verification.
International activity, investigations and tracking
Apostille services (320 NIS): The price is for one document to be submitted on the next working day of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and does not include verifications on other days. (200 NIS) per document Submission of up to 10 documents to be submitted on a calendar Wednesday and collected on the Wednesday a week after. Exceptional workloads at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem may extend the above schedule.
Cross-border logistics (4500 NIS): per document + international shipping costs, subject to global shipping costs and requirements of foreign authorities. May incur foreign fees and variable shipping costs with government agencies.
Address/Debtor Locator (NIS 697): Basic database-based locating (without physical tracking). There is no guarantee of the result, only that an in-depth investigation will be conducted by a licensed investigator.
Economic investigation / intelligence (2,500 NIS): Base pricing only. Field surveillance or the use of special sources will be priced separately according to the bill of quantities.
Locating historical documents (1800 NIS): Archival work for citizenship purposes. The price does not include the costs of translating the found documents, but only the physical locating work.
Technology, Digital and Outsourcing
Notary coordination and legal translation (236-650 NIS): Rate for logistics and transportation only. Translation costs and notary fees will be charged separately.
Pre-legal collection (236-650 NIS): Price for standard sending of a warning letter. Does not include address tracing in the event that the address is incorrect.
Transcription and recording of discussions (55 NIS per minute of audio): Base price for a reasonable quality recording in Hebrew. Discussions with multiple participants that interrupt each other will be charged an additional 25%.
Archiving, shredding and destruction (NIS 55 for monthly storage of up to 10 boxes / NIS 150 for shredding 10 boxes): Transporting the boxes to the shredding/storage facility involves a separate transportation cost calculated according to the number of boxes.
