    • Returns:
    • Defective products:
      • Paper that arrives physically damaged (tears, stains, manufacturing defects) will be replaced with a new product of the same type and quantity.
      • The customer must present proof of the defect in the product (a clear picture of the defect) and contact customer service within [1] days of receiving the product.
    • Returns not due to a product defect:
      • Returns of complete or partial products that are not physically damaged will not be accepted .
      • Returns of products that have been opened or used will not be accepted .
